The food was very good. You get lots of food too! I got the lentil soup, which was perfectly seasoned, and the salad. All of the ingredients seemed fresh. The atmosphere was nice but it can be a little loud in there. Only thing bad was service was slow. They were still friendly though. Great place for breakfast and lunch. Good food and portions. Great kids menu Excellent restaurant with a friendly staff. Our breakfast was amazing. My girlfriend had the tofu scramble and I had the vegetable omelet. We also shared the vegan pecan French toast. We really loved our food. The total for our breakfast was a little bit under $50 for 2 people. We definitely recommend this restaurant for breakfast. Can't say anything about their lunch menu. Bon Appetite Great food. Terrible service. You shouldn't have to wait 15 minutes for your water glass to be refilled even when the dinning room is nearly empty. Its the only thing that keeps me from going there more often. While I hate to take a few stars off for my favorite local breakfast joint downtown. The service, food presentation, and quality has changed since I first started coming here in 2010. Food quality of preparation is very hit and miss. Table service is very hit and miss as well, I only recognize two of their staff now. Bacon quality has gone from fairly good, to food service quality. On July 3rd, 2017 placed a phone to reserve a table and was asked name time, etc. and then was quickly hung up on. While I figured they were busy, I din't call back. Upon arrival the greeter who is a male with some facial hair and speaks with a bit of an accent, told me I didn't call soon enough and the wait would be 40-90 minutes "because the kitchen is slow today". We ended up not eating here and after supporting local business, this was basically the last straw. I understand this is a very busy tourist stop in the summer time, but this being a restaurant that locals also go to. It would probably be a good idea to great them with some respect, not hang up on them, and probably not treat them they way my mother and I were treated.
