They arranged my new patient appointment very quickly and timely. My wait time was under 10 minutes and my visit was very thorough. My provider was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and easy to talk to. The lab is awesome! Even for morning visits, they are extremely behind. We have been waiting over thirty minutes just to see a PA; reception was confused that this would bother anyone. They are very nice once you finally see them. Dr. Thane is the best! I had a wonderful 'new patient' visit (I recently located to Juneau) with Dr. Than and despite a power outage we forged thru with a flashlight and headlamp to complete my exam and paperwork and finished in one hour. She was thorough, considerate and helpful in getting me on track for referred services around Juneau. Thanks
