Dr. Harrah dud great shoulder surgery for me. I'm fitness driven, so it gave me another chamce in life. 1 year after and feels like i never had an injury I have had nothing but good experiences. The staff has been nice and wait times are about the same as any other doctors office. You wait Very nice and explain whats happening and why. Extremely lengthy wait times, discourteous receptionist. Do not work with patients to get them in when needed, and have been fairly rude to others I know who tried to set appointments. They clearly know they have no competition in Southeast. They definitely don't know how to be part of the Southeast Alaska community, or care about the patients, so by process of elimination, I guess they exist for the sole purpose of extorting people who need help. This is a review of the Center itself, and not the quality of the individual doctors.
