Excellent service. Had a flat tire and the owner had his mechanic fix it within a few minutes . Great experience with the service department. Thanks guys I've left my car here at Mike's for the long term airport parking. It has never been messed with and Mike operates on the honor system when it comes to payments. Super nice guy, great location. Very nice people. Parking is affordable and about 2 blocks from the airport. Wonderful experience fixing my vehicle, every time. Don't really know how good their mechanic is, but make sure to get a second opinion before you agree to anything. My car was having issues starting, and I swung by to see if it was the battery. They said it was the alternator and quoted around 600 for the repair (including ordering a part). ...It was the battery. I had a few other places look at it and also learned how to test batteries and alternators myself. Since swapping out my ancient battery for a new one (for far less expense than an alternator repair), I've had absolutely no problems. Their mechanics could be totally competent and they were polite (if a bit condescending) when I went in to cancel the repair appointment... but definitely get a second diagnosis if you can before you let them order or start any work. Don't let them push you into anything too quickly. I am a slightly less naive young person for the experience. So, thanks for that, I guess?
