Great haircuts! The staff is super friendly and know what they are doing. It's a little expensive, around $19, but that's the same everywhere you go in Juneau. I'd definitely return when if I get back in Juneau Great service! Mindy is always wonderful, a great chat and always makes sure you are 100% happy with your cut. I love being able to get a barber cut, at a barber price with an appointment. I don't have to waste 2 hours of my day waiting. I'm not sure what that other person's problem is, but I'm guessing it's not genuine due to hiding their name. It usually takes a few hit and misses to find one that does a good job. She was great right out of the gate. I'll be coming back for sure. Trust this woman, she's awesome! I have been going to Franklin St. Barber for years. Always pleasant, always a good job. Sometimes by late PM due to prior patrons being a few minutes late there can be a 10-15 minute time lag for an appointment. Worth the wait.
