I have read all the negative reviews and I don't understand them. This is an Urgent Care facility which means you can expect to wait. Compared to other Urgent Cares in the lower 48 this one is excellent. I visited a a few weeks ago. Came off a cruise ship. The front desk girl was very pleasant and helpful. My total wait from walk in to discharge was about an hour and 20 minutes. It seemed pretty busy. Dr. Height was very pleasant and seemed to really care. Much better than the emergency room experience I had a few months back. If I'm ever back in town I will definitely visit here again. Long wait,staff was nice. Only issue is there phone doesnt work. Called because I needed copies of my paperwork and when called there number just gives me static. Im from gustavus and dont really want to fly to juneau just for paper work I visit Juneau 's urgent care today for a sore throat the Drs. And the medical asstiant the young man at the receptionist desk was so awesome and amazing if I have to in the near future I will return to Juneau urgent care great job Wow just got treated bad at Urgent Care. Came in to see if wanted to do physical early. Receptionist very mean because no paperwork from ESS I asked her to call them or should I come back at two. Was still a jerk. I asked her not to take it out on me and she apologized and shook my hand. She told me to sit down and I DId and called Sherry with ESS. The manager then came out and told me to leave the office (one in waiting room) I left and sat down in the building lobby and continued to talk to sherry .The manager came out again and told me I had to stand outside the building. I was not loud and Sherry witnessed my voice tone. I went outside and then left the area. I checked my mail and then Called and left a message for Dr. Perez (practice owner) so I can complain about the treatment. I never had issues with urgent care in the past. I am not sure why this issue arose. I was not disrespectful nor loud. And I thought I was helping them by coming early, due to the snow. Manager was disingenuous and very rude. He was sloppy in appearance and his clothing was dirty. FYI My son was promptly treat. .
