I love specs! Every time I break my glasses or lose a contact, they're just a call away! Always such excellent customer service and and very flexible with my schedule and my terrible timing. It's tricky since i do not live in Juneau, but they make it work well for me! I also love that they are nice enough to bring my stuff to the plane to have it sent to me! The people here are GREAT!!! I love the customer service here!! I've always had great service. I bought some glasses that had nose pads instead of the frame resting on your nose, which I'm more used to. They adjusted them and replaced the pads multiple times to get them comfortable for me. All that for free. Also for free, they also replaced my lenses when they scratched and were under warranty. I've always had great service there. I too have noted the low quality of the help at this mall office. The women who meet the public need some training in manners and speech.
