Beautiful donation-based place to visit, especially during spring and summer. Delightful variety of native and exotic flowers, trees, shrubs, and edibles. Easily accessible rocky beach, seating, and picnic areas. Playful Alaskan-Poetry-on-the-Go section (see pictures). Lovingly tended by friendly, knowledgeable volunteers. A favorite with locals and some tourists. Small gardens with nearby trail, not a lot for kids, grandparents briefly enjoyed it
