Love ordering online to get pie rewards. It's great! Would be awesome to use points towards chicken wings or other sides? But our kids love ordering Dominoes, hot fresh pizza. Thank you for making our lunch/Dinners We called the downtown Domino's and their phone was off the hook for some reason, so we called this one to see if they knew anything. The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and yelled (I could hear her and I wasn't even close) at my husband that they couldn't do downtown deliveries and to just keep calling the downtown location until they answered. You're better off going with one of the other fine pizza shops in the valley that deliver and are much more friendly. FYI, apparently the two franchises are not related, and they are much more friendly downtown. First problem I had with them was there were hairs in my pizza. A few months later I order the garlic bread knots and they don't even carry them. I contact their national twitter account and two weeks go by with no refund. No call. Just a twitter message saying that they would have the store call me. Where has customer service gone? The products offered are wonderful. My order always arrives quickly and hot. The delivery drivers are very friendly and courteous. My only complaint is the fact that the valley Domino's does not offer the pasta dishes or sandwiches, which I absolutely love. If I want one of their sandwiches or pasta dishes or sandwiches I have to drive to the downtown store and quite frankly, I hate giving the town store any of my business. Ordering online is awesome. The pizza is exactly what you expect from Domino's... Really quick delivery. Only thing keeping this from being 5 stars is the fact that they list Coke products on their website and I end up getting Pepsi stuff. Wouldn't mind if Mountain Dew were an option, but they only offer Coke and Sprite (so, Pepsi and Sierra Mist).
