These people have been a nightmare to work with. I've sent in the required documents that they need twice and told them over the phone the info they need. I've also left plenty of messages and no calls back. I understand that they are busy but it shouldn't take a couple weeks to call me back. It's frustrating to work with people who don't know how to do their jobs. Pretty Vacant.
