We hired this company in July of 2014 to manage our rental property in Douglas.Things seemed fine for a couple of years. A new tenant signed the lease in July this year and immediately started having issues ,mostly the hot water.Things got bad enough that my wife had to fly to Juneau to sort things out .Upon in inspection of the house there was damages that were not reported on final walk throughs and unauthorized repairs .Look for a different company to do business with, they do not return calls ,will ignore you and just make excuses instead of providing results . Now we will have to pay for the repairs ourselves instead of having them come out of the damage deposit like they should have. I would have given 0 stars if I could have.
