my camera phone cracked,so i went to this store to get its fixed. charged 45 dollar to fix it..okay then i paid,got the receipt. then he said it will be delivered around 2 weeks.2 weeks after i came back,he said the part isnt ordered by his partner yet.what???? the partner said his other partner didn't told him to order...what??? then his partner ordered online which part came from china,and will be another 2 weeks to juneau. 2 weeks after his partner said it isn't delivered yet,what??? he said maybe another week.. then after 5 weeks i came back,finally got my camera lens cover changed. the guy who fix it so rush,dont even pay attention to details.he just want it done so quickly so he can go for lunch...an hour afterward i realized that there is some cracked glass inside my camera phone left behind.....i'm so dissapointed.i spread the words of my dissapointment to many of my fellow company crew in hoping they won't experienced the same like i do. i dont mind paid alot of money or waiting more than a months,but the service just so poor.. i strongly recommend you not to fix anything to this store..find somewhere else that will treat you as costumer. ah,one more thing...the price of the stuff they selling is expensive than any other tech store. taking 25 dollar for fidget spinner
