The Doctor's and staff are so considerate of my pet. I am so thankful that they are there for my family dog. I have to send my dog in to Juneau on a plane by himself and they pick him up, patch him up and send him home to me. All better. Thank you so much, I appreciate you. I always bring my pets here, best service and vets in Juneau. They even have an emergency after hour care and financing available. HORRIBLE BILLING PRACTICES! Had to take my dog in after hours for an emergency - she had to be put down. offered to pay at time but the vet said was OK to call in the morning. When we did, they told us the bill was paid in full already by credit card then called us back 4 days later demanding payment! DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMAL HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE NO OTHER OPTIONS. I've gone to them twice once with each of my dogs. Had the same procedure done to each of them. The first time I thought it was expensive, but I was pleased with the service and results. Taking my second puppy in to get fixed I was not pleased at all. The service was crappy and costed $100 more then the previous (4 months apart). It's a 50/50 chance of having a good or bad experience here. Good service, good doctors
