Was visiting and desperately needed a facial while the cruise ship was docked. A Certain Charm is right next to the dock, who knew one of the best facials I've ever had would be in Alaska!! Highly recommend to anyone looking for relaxation and great skin! I've been going to A Certain Charm since the early '80's. When I am out of Juneau I've tried other spas but none has been as good as here. Needless to say, I trust Beatrice. Had brows waxed and a facial here. The gal is SO nice and the facial was THE BEST I've had in Juneau. I had one done at Rejuvenation and they beat up my skin. Definitely a great place to do business. :) xoxo
