Absolutely awful customer service. I scheduled an appointment for both my friend and I to get a trim at the same time. On our drive to the appointment, five minutes before it started, the salon called to say that they needed to reschedule. They did not apologize. When we showed up for our rescheduled time, they said they only had space for one of us. They did not apologize or act like they care, especially the male receptionist. We both left and will never go back again, despite being established customers. Kayla is my stylist and she always gives me what I want! I've never had a bad haircut! She's very friendly, knowledgeable and experienced! The salon is clean and stylish and the prices are Juneau prices. I also like Sandra she's trendy and always put together. Love this salon! Best one in town Kayla is my favorite. She knows what I like. She is amazing at what she does. I love this salon It's comfortable These ladies are amazing at what they do! I wasn't sure where to go when my regular lady moved. I thought, what more convenient than the Mendenhall Mall? They've recently renovated the salon, and it looks FABULOUS. The prices are great, the work is fantastic. The only downside is that if you do not request someone, they'll always give you the newest recruit, and sometimes they can still use a little practice. The receptionists aren't always the most friendly, or knowledgeble, but luckily there's always a stylist around to help you out! They know all the products that are sold there in and out!
