I'm visiting Juneau and had to check out the local thrift stores. I went to several and have to say that this one was my favorite. It's small but I found several nice things all at very inexpensive prices. The store was clean and organized and the staff were all very curtious and helpful. It can be hard to find things sometimes, and almost everything seems pretty filthy. That said, you can score some decent items here and clean it when you get home. Buying used is better on your budget, helps with expenses for any Salvation Army programs, helps reduce waste and landfills. Useless for drop offs. Prices good but takes digging. Better quality and sorting in other 2nd hand stores. Worst thrift store I've ever been to and the only place I shop is at thrift stores. It's a complete mess, nothing has pricing and there are no dressing rooms. On top of having no dressing rooms, they have a 0% return policy - nothing. I bought a pair of pants hoping they would fit since I could not try them on and they don't and now I cannot do anything with them. The employees are extremely condescending and unhelpful. The only reason this place is still open is because it's the only major thrift store in Juneau.
