I really enjoy shopping at our local OfficeMax. The staff is friendly, professional and helpful. They almost always have the items in stock that are in their weekly ads, and all products are easy to find. Best cup-at-a-time coffee prices in town for Keurigs. The manager is a long-time Juneau person. I appreciate the store and the investment in our town. Will never do business with this company again. bought a laptop display model there and I am locked out of the bios; having never set a bios password myself I should not need to pay to have them enter their password. They want to charge me $45 dollars just to get into a option that should have been available in the first place. And to boot they acted as if it was my fault, saying they never set passwords on their computers. Well, my laptop is proof enough of that. Very unprofessional.
