I got great service from these guys. They were closing but the person at the counter went out of his way to get me some crab right before new year's eve. He let me pick it out, the price was totally reasonable, and it was honestly some of the biggest and most delicious crab I've ever had. I live in Juneau and have been in Alaska for a long time, and I've eaten a LOT of seafood. This was hands down some of the best. We took our 5 halibut catch to the company to process. Left it with them and flew home. One week later 18lbs of halibut shows up. We take them 100 lbs of fish and they send us 18lbs. All we can do is complain because we will never be in Alaska again. I am sure they sold our fish for $20/lb to some other sucker. They did answer one email saying "you typically only get 62% of the weight", great then where is the rest of my fish. Stay away from these crooks. Completely ruined our once in a lifetime fishing trip. Excellent fresh, wild caught, Alaskan seafood (NOT sent to Seattle or China for processing
