My husband bought me a Philip Stein watch for a 50th anniversary present at Blue Diamond. Maury was the sales person. We got the watch back on ship and it stopped working! Called the store and they sent a second one over to the ship. It WORKED FOR ONE MONTH!!! Cannot get a phone number that connects with them!!! Watch MUST HAVE BEEN OLD INVENTORY!! I want to return it but cannot get connected!!!!!
Steep prices items but with a few reasonably priced pieces. Very nice and non pressuring staff. If I can do negatives stars I would. Rep. Was racist and then decided to play mind games with irrelevant questions. Then provided the wrong item and blamed who I assumed to be his manager. Bald Manager was doing nothing but play with his phone and ignore everyone. Worse customer service and definitely goes against what Alaskans call "friendly". Recommend not worth going to even if they're handing out free things. Needed to ask a question about my purchases but could not get them on the telephone. I bought two whale tails necklace made for them, so I was told exclusive, and I forgot the three gems that made up the necklace. All I want is information about the piece. Can't find out from their web site or anywhere else on the web. Glad I did not invest more than $600.00 with them. They are beautiful pieces but I need to know the gems stones!
