Great hotel! Super clean and modern. Walking distance from Fred Meyer and the airport, and all the food delivery places knew exactly where we are and delivered right to my door. My wife and I had a wonderful weekend here. The hotel looks good outside and inside for a 5 year old hotel. The room looks good. The kitchen, bathroom is clean. The be looks good until you sleep on it and feel kinda itchy feeling the whole time I was there. Only thing I don't like is that cleaning the room is extra unless you stay more than a week. Other than that my stay was pleasant and it was better than the other hotels in the area. Room was fine. Disappointed that the closet was in the bathroom yet there was no fan in the bathroom. Lobby was lacking any style whatsoever but I wasn't planning on hanging out in the lobby so that wasn't a big deal. Clean, modern, and comfortable. A mid-range hotel with limited front desk hours, no breakfast, and queen beds. Considering the limited options of the locale, I'd return. I would recommend a different option closer to the downtown area if social recreation and pampering is desired. As a staging place for hiking around the glacier, it is easy and convenient. The fact that a business cannot receive an email with an attachment and open it up, is absolutely ridiculous. The most unfriendly and unhelpful customer service I have experienced.
