Spencer Realty is a great property management company and Marna is a Gem. She clearly enjoys the challenges of weather and emergencies, doing a remarkable job to cope, finding solutions that balance the needs of the renters and the owners. She is always in a good humor, no matter if she is facing a sudden disaster. I call this grace under pressure. I am very comfortable, knowing that she is taking good care of the renters and of the property. She is an accomplished, reliable and trusted professional. I trust her with property worth hundreds of thousands of dollars. I love the way she watches out for the renter's and the owner's welfare. Marna was absolutely fantastic! She found us the most amazing place to rent in the middle of the summer when we had almost given up. It was definitely worth paying the application fee to help us find a place. We never would have found this place without her. Absolutely professional, and she worked amazingly hard, and was tireless in meeting our needs. I would recommend!!! Marna is horrible, she is not professional at all, dont count on getting things done, all she cares about is her split of money, she rents to awful tenants , she is not at all punctual, she seems like a nice person but she fools all, she is the worst agent ive ever had, ill never do business with her, you shouldn't either.
