Juneau Mercantile & Armory has great customer service and they really want to help you find something that fits you. Many times I've gone there and the employees spend time with customers, not just trying to make money, but really making sure that you have a quality experience. There is a gun range and archery range down stairs! They also offer many classes. Dismal selection of stores. Depressing atmosphere. Place in disrepair. Skip this place unless there's an absolute need for something there. The Nugget mall suffers from the same thing other malls are suffering. An old business model. The shops here are loyal though and give a bit of charm to the place. The Nugget Mall also still tries to find activities for the community. It's kind of a decrepit looking mall but has a wonderful little book store. Worth going into at least once if you're in Juneau long term. Standard mall with one level, a few scattered food joints, gift shops, and the new standard of having a Petco, Sportsman's Warehouse, and Jo-Ann's all in a row, though it is still missing the Best Buy, Gamestop, Barns & Noble, and Coldstone, but I am certain that will change in due time. Free parking!
