Too close to the mountain to all it a mountain view. Rooms and location were good; but the staff were not friendly. Most importantly for the first time in my life, we were denied even 1 hour flexibility for a late checkout. Without explanation, just "no". This lack of flexibility will insure that we never stay at another Westmark property! stayed here for our anniversary service was great room was nice, great view. food was fantastic (best asparagus ive ever had) highly recommend ! I stayed in a room with a mountain view. my room was quiet except for in the morning when the dumpsters were being picked up (probably not an issue with the windows closed). the room was clean and comfortable. I had minimal interaction with the staff but check in and out was easy. They've done their best to upgrade over the years, but with more competition in town I think I will stay elsewhere next time. Still has a quaint elegance about it if that's what your into. Small rooms but comfortable beds. Window's have no screen's and can fully open so watch your kids.
