Long story short, owner is not concerned about her customers as witnessed by employees reactions to lack of direction on July 4th. Was promised a partial refund for my cab fare back from glacier because busses were not running ,and I opted to decline the refund when the owner accused me of scamming her. As she texted, " the salesman that sold you the ticket called me and said that he told you to take a cab. I didn't realize that before. He also said that he had recommended you come back on the 930 bus." Issue is I purchased tickets from a nice female who said no such thing. Do yourself a favor and ride a nicer bus or travel by other means to the glacier and avoid doing business with this lady and her company. You will be glad you did. Can honestly say that writing these reviews is worth the $48 dollars that she could have refunded and avoided this negative review.
