Best place to rent an affordable car in Juneau! Was happy to find a place that doesn't gouge like the big name rental companies do here. The guys helped me get in and out fast and were super friendly. The car was in great shape! I just purchased my second vehicle from Affordable Auto Sales in Juneau Alaska. I have not had the horrible experience that James A. had and Mario H. gives no detailed information, which leads me to believe that his review might just be bogus. I purchased a used car from Jeremiah in 2013, I felt he was fair and he listened to me when I asked questions, he was very honest about having the car looked at by a mechanic, he even told me the mechanic’s name and where the shop was located if I was interested in speaking to the mechanic myself and if that wasn’t enough, he told me that I could even take it to my personal mechanic, he had no issue with any of it. I found both Jeremiah and Chris to be very honest about the history of the cars they sell. They also, let me leave their office to run errands or simply wait in the comfort of my own home for the loan process because they know that my time is just as precious as theirs and who has time to sit and wait anyway. I would definitely do business with this dealer again! Nice staff but don't expect them to follow up unless you're ready and able to buy. Average selection. Basically everything was once a rental. Weird issues with cars that do come from here persist from people I know in Juneau. It even appears some of the reviews are fake on here, so be careful what you end up buying! Not very helpful staff, and I probably wont be back or recommend again after my experience. Amazing folks there! No pressure, no stress, second purchase thru them, didnt make me feel like an idiot because my credit isn't perfect. Highly recommended! Very upfront, no surprises, where there's a will, there's a way!
