I love Mike! He's amazing! When I was in college, he kept me in rolling wheels and did everything he could to help me. He was honest, fair, and he truly listened to me. I can't recommend him or his dealership highly enough! My wife and I had been driving by this place for a few months now and we always questioned "What is that place?" A few days ago, while searching for somewhere to have a service done on our vehicles, I figured it out "Mike Hatch Sales & Service". I decided to give them a try and was pleasantly surprised. Jason, the service writer?, was very pleasant. He scheduled our two vehicles in for the next morning. As soon as we arrived our vehicles were moved to a rack and the service had begun. Another thing that really surprised me was the technician, Kyle (I think was his name), actually came out and explained what had been done and things that we should keep an eye on. That just doesn't happen these days. Thanks guys! I'm giving 4 stars simply because of the cost. It seemed a little high for two oil changes, honestly if I could, I'd give 4.5 stars. Best mechanics ever!!! Asked for a synthetic oil change, tire rotation, and test the battery. They changed the oil but never rotated the tires replace the battery. Just think they should do what you ask them to do. I mean if you're going to charge 400 for that at least do everything. I just had a truck serviced at Mike Hatch and had it completed in a timely manner. I even called and requested that a fuel tank be added to the back of the truck and he was able to get it done with out taking any extra time. The service was great and I look forward to doing more business with Mike Hatch in Juneau.
