This Auto Dealership lacks an understanding of true customer service. They are scammers and have been referred to the Better Business Bureau of Alaska due to their service or better stated "lack of service". Recently a car was purchased that they claim to have given a full inspection on in addition to have serviced. Well, the vehicle's engine seized in less than 2 and a half months, so the car is now a complete bust. When the problem was brought to Juneau Sales and Service's attention, they informed me that they could install a replacement engine for another $3,200!!!! They do not back their work nor do they support their service. THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE!!! Agreed on a price to sell a vehicle; went back was offerred 500 less agreed and was imediatly told that they need a day to think about it. These guys are total clowns.
