This is a very fast and easy in-out airport. Hertz Folks are always A+ service and friendly and helpful. Always fair prices, easy access, and reliable cars. Even though it states they are only open until 10pm, they end up waiting till around 10:30 to make sure you get your car. Everything went very smoothly, good car, upgrade, no line at the counter. Settled in a couple of minutes. absolute amazing experience. they were so helpful it was insane. there was no better place to go my dudes! Horrible. Had 3 pm reservation, no counter person, just a phone #. Waited for two hours before giving up. The customer service rep never showed up. Had a number on desk to call which i did over 20 times, no answer . Called 800 number, they couldnt find anyone either. Canceled a two week car rental reservation. Made other arrangements.
