I called and scheduled for my car to be towed to there shop the day before the work was to be done. I called ahead to make sure it was ok to have it towed before it called the towing company, the tow truck driver verified it as well before he towed it. My car was returned to me 15min later. The owners employee had not told him about and it and there for refused to even do the work because of his employees incopatince. The owner was very rude and refused to have the cost of the tow refunded to me due to there mistake. I would never use a shop who refuses to be responsible for their employees mistakes and forcing the customer to be responsible for there mistake. Get me in right away and the customer services is the best. I would recommended to anyone i know. Evelyn is the best. Every time I brought my 2008 F250 Ford diesel truck for repairs or regular service, the service was great and I found the prices were very reasonable. I like that I am treated like a valued customer as well. My 'go-to' in Juneau. Good rates, trustworthy, shoot straight with you. They do good work. Affordable is pretty much my new best friend in Juneau. I had bought a car that was not in very good condition. They did what they could for me when it broke down and have YET to charge me. They also did not charge me when I sent them another lemon to look over before I bought it. Most recently, I bought their son's car for about half what it's worth. This is my go-to mechanic and I would recommend them to anybody.
