These guys got me in for an appointment within a week of asking for one, which given that this was during "PFD" season, was amazing to me. They even alerted me to the failings of another auto shop in town regarding my lugnuts, and took the time to educate me on the matter and do the job right. On top of that, they offered to take another look within a few dozen miles of driving to make sure it's not a problem with my car. If you desperately need a tire change with no notice whatsoever, you may struggle to get your car into this shop in a timely manner. But when it comes to seasonal tire changes, or tire replacement due to worn tread - both of which are easily predicted - these guys simply can't be beat.
