I am completely happy with the level of service provided from Integrity Auto. They are thorough and fair - they only fix what needs to be repaired and never try to push anything on you. They're responsive and wonderful to work with. I will not take my car to any other shop in Juneau! Super great service, very patient as it took us a couple days to pick up our vehicle, and more than fair with everything. Highly recommend these guys to anyone in Juneau! I find it really hard to find good honest business practice in Juneau in general, especially car dealerships/auto repair shops. Integrity automotive is by far the best, and I wouldn't even consider any other auto repair shop in Juneau. They are extremely honest, prompt, communicative, and friendly. Simply the best. Prompt service, talented mechanics. Todd is a no BS guy who will fix everything wrong with your car, and if your car is complete junk, he'll call you and ask before he does anything. Really saved me with my first car I owned as the start point for repairs was more than double the value of the car. Fixed my minor issue with my new car in no time and had it ready at the end of the day to pick up. Integrity is a fitting name as this place operates with it.
