Dealt with Karl and he proved to be a man of his word and was easy to work with!!! These guys ripped me off big time. I was skeptical about the work that was done so I jacked up my vehicle and took things apart to examine their work and saw they didn't even replace the part I thought they were going to. On top of that they charged me $130 for a part and I called O'Reilly's in Juneau for the same part and they wanted $70. After I called to discuss things they blamed the problem on ANOTHER part that will cost $800 to replace. I think they honestly were trying to take me for all the $$$ they could. Ripping people off on part prices and performing lazy work is what Karl's does. They seem like nice guys but YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.... Karl's is tops. Fast and Professional. No one knows boats better than Karl!! I totally recommend Karl. These guys are thieves... Not only do they pad their shop hours but they also inflate the parts prices by 30% above local retail prices (ie: NAPA, Western Auto, etc). Avoid them at ALL COSTS....
