I spent $900 on tires and from the first moment to the last, on two different days, several different employees acted like mine and every other customer's presence was an inconvenience. On top of that high prices, surprise charges, and one other repaired wheel they said they balanced, was not. Do yourself a favor. Don't go here. Buy tires online instead and save yourself money and frustration. There are other places that can repair, mount, and balance them. Great customer service they do a great job overall however their tire and rim prices seem to be extremely outrageous i buoght 2 tirees and paid w denali credit union, the card processor said thank u but the service guy didnt think the card so ran it again and my card declined because i didnt have $700 but only $500 in my accnt to cover the $383.49 2 tires. i gave them proof from my bank that my charge went thru but they treated me like a criminal, took a pic of my debit card, license.. my bank told me not to pay them cash because they are authorized for 6 months to take that money out of mu acct. Les Schwab refuses to call their card processor company to send thru the payment to my bank. I tried to explain it to this cranky lady there but she thinks i am a criminal now. come to find out this has been jappening to other clients of theirs. b careful. les schwab might try to double bill u. they are very incompetent. i have an account set up just for them with $440 in it for whenever they decide to call their creditcard processor to pull their money. after 6months i can pay them cash. but never shopping there again. i lost time off work trying to explain to them to call their credit card processor and les schwab called my bank and tried to find out if i had money. Of course i have the money. idiots. lol Brought my 2014 Dodge Charger in to have them put brand new tires on my rims and to balance them. Cost $280 just for mount and balance. Picked up my car and all tires had either too much or too little pressure in them. Noticed car had a shake to it and brought back in to have them check it out, tires were out of balance. Brought back in two other times (after first two visits) to have the tires rebalanced again and my car still shakes. It is very inconvenient to bring back in since they make you leave it all day. Had horrible customer service experience and am very upset my car shakes now and it didn't before I brought it to the Juneau Les Schwab. Hopefully someone will make this right..
